Didn't get so very far this first day on the road. We got a late start...11:15 am. We were both tired from loading the camper on a hot SC morning and it took us about 2 hours. Around 3:00 Marion decided he had enough for the day so we found a nice campground in Sevierville called Riverside RV park. We are backed up to the creek (or "crick") in a very nice spot. The folks in Maryville will have to wait until we are on the way back to see us.
That is about it for this first day of our summer adventure.

Fishers summertime voyage west
